Nalipemi works in close synergy with Lijomi, transforming design concepts into built reality with precision and consistency in every detail.
Architecture and Interior Design
Lijomi is the creative studio of Miclijor Group. Founded in 2020, it specialises in architecture, interior design and the selection of high-end design objects, translating each client's vision into spaces that are both personal and timeless.
Its showroom at the Marbella Club Hotel brings together prestigious international brands such as Minotticucine, Deltalight and Atelier Alain Ellouz, presented in an atmosphere of calm and elegance that reflects the studio's philosophy.
Lijomi works in perfect synergy with Nalipemi, ensuring that architectural intent and constructional precision are aligned from concept to completion.

and Joinery
Madulmus represents woodworking expertise within the Miclijor Group. Founded in 2021, the company combines traditional joinery techniques with contemporary precision to create bespoke pieces of exceptional quality.
From furniture and kitchens to doors, gates, wall panels and decorative elements, each project is developed in close collaboration with architects, designers and builders to ensure seamless integration from concept to installation.
His philosophy is simple: wood should not only fulfil a function, but enrich the atmosphere of a space and tell something about those who live in it.

Limantecon is the custodian of Miclijor Group properties. Founded in 2022, the company specialises in the care and preservation of luxury residences through cleaning, maintenance and surface treatment services.
As the only certified Kärcher dealer between Estepona and Malaga, and a certified applicator of FILA Surface Care Solutions, Limantecon combines practical experience with state-of-the-art technology to protect every surface with precision.
From private villas to technical installations such as solar panels and vehicle fleets, his team ensures that each property retains its beauty and value over time.

Clindolec is the technical engine of Miclijor Group. Founded in 2022 and led by Juan José Domínguez Moyano, the company offers comprehensive solutions in electricity, air conditioning, home automation, plumbing and energy efficiency for luxury properties.
Its facilities combine technical craftsmanship with foresight, ensuring that each system operates with precision, efficiency and discretion.
Painting and Decorative Finishes
Colpindec is the purest expression of the Meirsman family's legacy of craftsmanship. Founded in 2023, the company specialises in high-end paint and decorative finishes for residential and commercial projects where every surface must meet the highest standards.
Its services include interior and exterior painting, as well as special treatments such as textured coatings, wall highlights and artistic effects. Each surface is carefully prepared and finished, using only the best materials to ensure a long-lasting and refined result.
