Luxury Residence La Quinta, Marbella
VIlla vista verde
Three storey villa in traditional Andalusian style located front line golf with sea views. Complete refurbishment of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with large terrace areas. Integral project of the Miclijor Group: Lijomi developed the interior design, Nalipemi executed the construction in coordination with Madulmus (carpentry), Colpindec (painting) and Clindolec (technical installations). A perfect example of the synergy between all the companies of the group working in harmony.

Villa Los Arcos
Renovation of old Spanish villa with panoramic sea views in Mijas. Pool house in the same architectural style as the villa. Original exterior features retained to honour the historic design. Plot of 1.800m² with 850m² constructed. Integral project by Grupo Miclijor: Lijomi developed the architecture and project management, Nalipemi executed the construction in coordination with Madulmus (carpentry), Colpindec (painting) and Clindolec (technical installations), while Limantecon ensured the ongoing maintenance of the property.

A landmark project that cemented Miclijor Group's international reputation. This luxury residence in Oman represented a milestone that transformed the company and demonstrated our ability to execute projects of the highest standards outside our borders, adapting to the local culture without losing the hallmark of refinement that defines us.

Luxury Residence : Cascada de Camoján, Marbella
Villa del Monte
Newly built villa located in Cascada de Camoján, one of the most exclusive urbanisations in Marbella, with panoramic sea views and a strong connection with nature. This project, one of the most unique developed by Miclijor Group, sits on a plot of 2,700 m² with a built area of 1,000 m² and stands out for its iconic architecture, with elements such as the cantilevered swimming pool and a large garage designed for a private collection of classic cars. The integral management of the project is the responsibility of Lijomi, with an architectural proposal based on the harmony between natural stone, wood and concrete, integrating natural materials and reference brands to achieve a home with a timeless character.

Private Residence : Marbella
Villa Celestial
An ambitious investment project currently under development is transforming a derelict former Spanish villa into a high-end contemporary residence. Located just a few steps from the sea and realised together with a long-term strategic partner, the project is being developed on a 1,200 m² plot with a built area of 450 m². Demolition began at the end of January 2026 and completion is scheduled for July 2027, under the architectural and site management of Lijomi.

Luxury Residence : El Paraíso Barronal, Estepona
Villa Trópico
Complete renovation of an old Spanish style villa in El Paraíso Barronal, located within walking distance to the beach. The project is developed on a plot of 920 m², with 400 m² constructed area, and puts a special emphasis on creating a tropical atmosphere.
The architecture and construction management is in charge of Lijomi, with the coordinated execution of the companies of the Miclijor Group. The Art wallpapers and the application of the fine stitch technique with Boss paints, carried out by Colpindec. The final handover of the property is scheduled to take place shortly.

Private Residence : Marbella
Villa Dreams
Transformation of an old Spanish villa in Las Brisas, with partial demolition and new construction on the existing structure, incorporating the necessary extensions. This is an investment project developed together with a long term partner. The plot has 1.750 m² and the new villa will reach 550 m² constructed area. The architecture and construction management is being carried out by Lijomi, The entire construction will be carried out by the companies of the Miclijor Group, guaranteeing total coherence between design and execution.
