Three-level villa in traditional Andalusian style, located frontline golf with open sea views. Fully renovated to include 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, complemented by expansive terrace spaces.

Three storey villa in traditional Andalusian style located front line golf with sea views. Complete refurbishment of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with large terrace areas. Integral project of the Miclijor Group: Lijomi developed the interior design, Nalipemi executed the construction in coordination with Madulmus (carpentry), Colpindec (painting) and Clindolec (technical installations). A perfect example of the synergy between all the companies of the group working in harmony.

Villa Los Arcos
Renovation of a traditional Spanish villa with panoramic sea views in Mijas. A pool house was designed in the same architectural style as the main residence. Original exterior features were preserved to honour the property’s historical character. Set on a 1.800 m² plot with 850 m² built.

Integral project by Grupo Miclijor: Lijomi developed the architecture and project management, Nalipemi executed the construction in coordination with Madulmus (carpentry), Colpindec (painting) and Clindolec (technical installations), while Limantecon ensured the ongoing maintenance of the property.

Luxury Residence | Cascada de Camoján, Marbella
Villa del Monte
New-build residence located in Cascada de Camoján, one of Marbella’s most exclusive urbanisations, offering panoramic sea views and a strong connection to the surrounding natural landscape. Positioned on a 2.700 m² plot with 1.000 m² of built area, this project stands out for its iconic architecture, featuring elements such as a cantilever pool and an expansive garage designed to accommodate a classic car collection.The design is centred on a refined balance of natural stone, wood, and concrete, integrating organic materials to create a residence with a timeless and distinctive character.

Villa del Monte
Newly built villa located in Cascada de Camoján, one of the most exclusive urbanisations in Marbella, with panoramic sea views and a strong connection with nature. This project, one of the most unique developed by Miclijor Group, sits on a plot of 2,700 m² with a built area of 1,000 m² and stands out for its iconic architecture, with elements such as the cantilevered swimming pool and a large garage designed for a private collection of classic cars. The integral management of the project is the responsibility of Lijomi, with an architectural proposal based on the harmony between natural stone, wood and concrete, integrating natural materials and reference brands to achieve a home with a timeless character.

Villa Celestial
An ambitious investment project currently under development, transforming a neglected traditional Spanish villa into a high-end contemporary residence.Located just moments from the sea, the project is set on a 1.200 m² plot with a built area of 450 m². Demolition commenced in late January 2026, with completion scheduled for July 2027.

Luxury Residence | El Paraíso Barronal, Estepona
Villa Trópico
Complete renovation of an old Spanish-style villa in El Paraíso Barronal, located just a few steps from the beach. The project is developed on a plot of 920 m², with 400 m² constructed area, and places a special emphasis on creating a tropical atmosphere.
The final delivery of the villa is scheduled to take place shortly.

Complete renovation of an old Spanish style villa in El Paraíso Barronal, located within walking distance to the beach. The project is developed on a plot of 920 m², with 400 m² constructed area, and puts a special emphasis on creating a tropical atmosphere.
The architecture and construction management is in charge of Lijomi, with the coordinated execution of the companies of the Miclijor Group. The Art wallpapers and the application of the fine stitch technique with Boss paints, carried out by Colpindec. The final handover of the property is scheduled to take place shortly.

The architecture and construction management is being carried out by Lijomi, The entire construction will be carried out by the companies of the Miclijor Group, guaranteeing total coherence between design and execution.
