The primary challenge of this project was to fully renovate a traditional Spanish villa while preserving the exterior features that defined its historic character. The property required a complete structural upgrade, full modernisation of all technical installations, and the addition of new elements such as a pool house, while carefully maintaining the architectural details that honoured its original design.
